Digital products

• What you buy: a licence to use the eBook or playbook described on the product page, delivered as a PDF download and, where stated, online flipbook access.
• Licence: for your personal use and internal use within your own team or organisation. Templates may be copied and adapted for your organisation.
• Not allowed: reselling, sharing publicly, uploading to file-sharing sites, or sharing your flipbook password outside your organisation.
• Personalised copies: PDFs may be stamped with the buyer’s email address and purchase date.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) on each product page and may change from time to time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Checkout and file delivery are handled by Payhip, and payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Delivery and refunds

Digital products are delivered instantly by email and download link; see our Delivery Policy. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Comments and messages

When you comment or write to us, please keep it lawful and respectful. We may remove comments that are spam, abusive, misleading or off-topic.

Liability

The website and products are provided “as is”. We work hard to keep them accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee results from applying the ideas they contain. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
