Refund & Cancellation Policy

Braintannica sells digital products (eBooks and playbooks) that are delivered instantly after payment. Because a digital file cannot be returned once it has been downloaded or viewed, our refund rules are as follows.

When we refund in full

• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.
• Not delivered: your payment went through but you did not receive the download or access, and we cannot fix it within 2 business days of you contacting us.
• Faulty file: the file is damaged or will not open, and we cannot send you a working copy within 3 business days.

When we cannot refund

Once a product has been delivered and downloaded or viewed, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind, for buying by mistake, or because the content did not meet personal expectations. Please read the product page and the free preview before you buy.

Cancellation

Our products are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel after purchase. You can cancel at any point before completing payment.

How to request a refund

Email s0271t@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID, the email address used at checkout and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 business days; your bank may take a little longer to show the credit.
