Delivery Policy

Braintannica sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping charges and delivery works the same in every country.

How you receive your purchase

• Instantly after payment: a download link appears on screen as soon as your payment is confirmed.
• By email: the same link, plus any online flipbook access details, is sent to the email address you enter at checkout.
• Downloads: each purchase can be downloaded up to 5 times; we can reset this on request.

If your delivery email does not arrive

Most emails arrive within a few minutes. If yours has not arrived within 1 hour, please check your spam or promotions folder and confirm the email address you used at checkout. If you still cannot find it, email us with your order ID and we will resend your access within 24–48 hours.

Payment and processing

Checkout and delivery are handled by Payhip, and payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Delivery starts only once the payment is confirmed; if a payment is pending with your bank, delivery will follow automatically when it clears.
